Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

About the role

Provides direct patient care in accordance with medical orders, nursing practices, and ChristianaCare policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients’ physical, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, and developmental needs.
• Develops and implements care plans based on assessment findings.
• Documents patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Delaware.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Pay

$41.28 - $66.05 per hour.
