About the role
Hickory Creek Crawfordsville is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time and part-time day shift position. The role offers consistent scheduling, a supportive clinical team, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, relationship-based care in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of residents.
- Work with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- The ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- A strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
