Registered Nurse (RN) CVICU/CCU NIGHTS

About the role

We are seeking RNs with 1+ years of CVICU experience to cover CCU shifts. Our CCU unit is a 13-bed facility providing intensive and observational care across various age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in intensive and observational settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Manage patient flow and coordinate care among various departments.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough medical records.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association with cards in-hand before start date.
• A minimum of 1 year RN CCU nursing experience.
• Strong CVICU skills, including day 0 CVICU care.
• A minimum of 3 years RN CVICU experience is required.

Pay

• Hourly rates ranging from $36.76 to $54.06 for ADN, and $37.50 to $56.23 for BSN.
• Entry salary dependent on education, skill set, and experience.
• Evening, night, and weekend differentials available.
• Sign-on and retention bonuses eligible.

Schedule

• Multiple shifts available, including day, evening, night, and weekends.
