About the role
Join our Critical Care Unit (CCU) in Sheboygan, where you'll care for patients with high-acuity cardiac and critical care needs in a fast-paced, specialized environment. This unit serves as a critical care setting focused on managing complex cardiac and medical conditions, offering the opportunity to build advanced clinical skills and strong critical thinking.
Major Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, and strong communication to create the safest patient environment while enhancing the overall patient experience across the care continuum.
- Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30
Schedule
Every third weekend rotation
Every other holiday requirement
Hours: 1845-0715
