Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care / Step-Down Unit

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Critical Care / Step-Down Unit. Provide care for complex patients, including those with cardiothoracic, post-surgical, and telemetry needs, utilizing ICU-level skills in a team-driven environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting, managing admissions, discharges, and transfers. Deliver patient-centered care focusing on safety and outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license (WI or compact eligible)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Open to new grads and experienced nurses
• Comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
