Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
• Supports unit coordination
• Promotes safe, high-quality outcomes
• Captures and resolves issues affecting clinical services and patient flow
• Performs quality assurance and assists with quality improvement initiatives
• Serves as a resource on clinical standards, policies, and compliance with accreditation and legal requirements
• Participates in performance improvement, continuing education, and may work across shifts or be on-call

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Current RN license, BCLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, effective communication, and proficiency with clinical software are essential
