Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Educator - Labor Pool

Overview

Utilizes principles of leadership, change theory and adult education to improve nursing practice and promote quality care. Supports system and Nursing Strategic Plans, Relationship-Based Care and Shared Leadership. This position will specifically support bedside education needed in our ICU.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

Experience

• 1–3 years of clinical nurse practice experience (Required)

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Virginia Department of Health Professions Nursing (Required)
• Nursing Professional Development Certification – American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) within 1.5 years (Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification – American Heart Association / American Red Cross / American Safety and Health Institute (Required)

Pay

Hiring range: $38.60 – $53.08 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
