Registered Nurse - RN - Clinical Decision Unit (ED Observation)

Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up along the continuum of care.
- Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
