Role Overview

Responsible for managing all aspects of clinic operations, including nursing, business administration, and medical staff relations. Provides nursing services as needed to support clinic functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic activities, including financial management, staffing, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and identify issues, collaborating with leadership on solutions.
• Assist with budget and business plan development, monitor clinic performance, and recommend improvements in facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, maintaining open communication with providers.
• Coordinate medical activities to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care, ensuring credentialing and licensure are current.
• Manage staffing processes, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and employee development, fostering a professional work environment.
• Perform nursing duties consistent with accepted standards as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform essential functions with adequate visual acuity and effective communication skills.
