About the role

Clinic Nurse Supervisor, responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting nursing staff.

Responsibilities

Acts on behalf of nursing leadership to facilitate communication, provide guidance, education, and support to staff, and evaluate care quality.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least 3 years of progressive nursing experience. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, prior supervisory experience, and certifications such as Nursing Administration and ACLS. Licenses & Certifications: Current New York State RN license, CPR certification, with preferred certifications in Nursing Administration and ACLS.

Skills

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment with frequent walking, standing, and lifting. Must adhere to infection control PPE policies. Patient Care: Serves patients of all ages, with access to sensitive information per HIPAA.
