About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments and evaluate care outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Document care accurately.
- Maintain equipment and supplies.
- Assist in onboarding new staff.
- Oversee departmental activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Current RN license.
- BCLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
- Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Physical & Work Environment
Must meet physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, and extended computer use. Work occurs in well-lit hospital settings with exposure to potential hazards, requiring adherence to safety precautions.
