Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic

About the Role

This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care, patient advocacy, and education while working collaboratively with a healthcare team in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care and teamwork.

Minimal travel is involved.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and evaluate care outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Document care accurately.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Assist in onboarding new staff.
• Oversee departmental activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• Current RN license.
• BCLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Physical & Work Environment

Must meet physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, and extended computer use. Work occurs in well-lit hospital settings with exposure to potential hazards, requiring adherence to safety precautions.
