Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, partner with patients and families, and ensure adherence to clinical standards. Support performance improvement initiatives, serve as a preceptor/mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research. Participate in protocol development, resource management, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. Uphold the voice of the patient, system policies, and service excellence goals. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience. Active RN license (single state or multi-state Compact) and BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications. Education: Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred). Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and commitment to professional development required.
