Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulating - Full-Time Days

About the role

Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered perioperative care in the operating room by performing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, partner with patients and families, support performance improvement initiatives, serve as a preceptor or mentor, promote research and best practices, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized perioperative care
• Coordinate patient safety and clinical protocols
• Participate in the development and refinement of care protocols
• Support resource management and operational efficiency
• Uphold professional standards in a dynamic clinical environment

Requirements

• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum five years of direct patient care experience
• Ability to practice according to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing (preferred)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
