About the role

Station 1 is a dynamic and compassionate inpatient unit specializing in medical care and addiction recovery services located in Atrium Health Floyd Cherokee Medical Center. We provide comprehensive care for individuals facing substance use disorders alongside acute and chronic medical conditions, offering a supportive environment where healing and hope go hand in hand. As a member of our team, you will make a real difference in the lives of patients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Valid Alabama Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Pay

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

Schedule

Full Time 3 -12 hour shifts- rotating weekends and holidays
