Registered Nurse (RN) Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab)

Responsibilities
- Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
- Formulates an individualized plan of care, revises plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluates overall plan daily for effectiveness.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient condition, collaborates with the care team, providers, patients, and families, and follows the chain of command as appropriate.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Requirements
- A current Arizona RN license.
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
- Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
- BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Critical care experience such as ICU, ER, Flight, or Cath Lab experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.

- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Pay
Your base compensation is supported by a generous sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for well-qualified applicants.
Schedule
Monday-Friday | Plus On-call Rotation (14 Days in a Row) | Only Two Holidays Per Year
