Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab/ IR, 40 hours/week, day shift

About the role

The Anna Jaques Hospital Registered Nurse is an active participant in the health care team who provides direct and indirect care to patients/families/significant others, utilizing the components of the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, value and mission behaviors of the patient care division.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect care to patients/families/significant others, utilizing the components of the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy, objectives, value and mission behaviors of the patient care division.
• Prioritizes, coordinates, and delegates patient care throughout procedures in a cardiac catheterization/interventional radiology lab setting.
• Maintains courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients.
• Participates in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.
• Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Nursing License
• BLS ACLS
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Current or recent critical care/ICU and ER experience
• Any cath lab experience

Skills

• Curiosity and drive to learn and continuously expand knowledge in cardiology and interventional radiology.

Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Pay

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Schedule

Eight-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Monday through Friday.
