Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager - Full Time

Responsible for

Organizes and provides care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Supports the physician and interdisciplinary team to ensure patient progress through the continuum of care to discharge, focusing on enhancing clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while managing costs and providing timely information to payers.

• Licensure/Certification Qualifications
• Certification/Licensure Required:
• Preferred experience in Case Manager or Acute Care Nursing (2-4 years of experience is ideal).
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state(s) of employment
• Fargo: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) not required

Essential Functions

• Works effectively within the designated caseload to meet patient needs
• Manages length of stay to promote efficient resource utilization

• Shift Start/End: 8am/4:30pm
• Hours Per Pay Period: 80

Compensation

• Compensation Range: $36.01 - $54.02 / hour
• FTE: 1
