Compensation
Different Opportunities in Northern Colorado: Thornton | Northglenn | Westminster | Broomfield
Compensation: $50-$150 per visit (dependent on visit type), PLUS mileage and travel compensation
Status: Part-time with potential to build to full-time in the future. (Minimum Expectation of 5 visits or 10 hours per week)
On average, our full-time RN's make between $75,000 and $85,000 a year

Responsibilities
Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases—often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility
Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides providing patient care
Examine patients, do assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician
Educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed medication, therapy, diet and exercise
Coach family members on the patient’s plan of care, medication and home safety
Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado
Graduate of an accredited nursing school or program
At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
Health care CPR/BLS Certified (demonstration course required)
Home health care experience preferred
Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
No Covid Vaccination Required

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Colorado

At least 1200 hours of experience as an RN
Health care CPR/BLS Certified (demonstration course required)
