Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology Short Stay Unit

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiology Short Stay Unit (CSSU) at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. The CSSU is a 14-bed mixed cardiac-specific inpatient and observation intermediate cardiac care area that provides scheduled and emergency care/procedures on a 24-hour basis.

Requirements

• At least one year of medical/surgical experience in an inpatient setting is required.
• Strongly preferred: cardiac and/or step-down experience.
• BLS & ACLS required.
• BSN required or willing and able to obtain within 3 years from the date of hire.
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.

• Current Delaware RN license or eligibility for licensure in Delaware.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this position is $41.28 - $66.05. The actual salary offered will depend on individual factors including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
