Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology, FT Days

Role Overview: The RN Outpatient Cardiovascular Nurse provides high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting. They perform stress testing, develop individualized care plans, and support cardiac rehabilitation, addressing patients' biological, emotional, and educational needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments, monitor patient status, and interpret diagnostic data.Administer medications, IV therapy, and respond to emergencies per protocols.Develop and adjust exercise prescriptions and educational plans tailored to each patient.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain documentation, ensure confidentiality, and uphold safety standards.Participate in team activities, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred).Current licensure and certifications including BLS and ACLS, with certifications required upon hire.Knowledge of cardiology, stress testing, and cardiac rehab best practices.Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
