About the role
A dynamic healthcare team seeks a Registered Nurse to join a mixed Cardiac/Tele and Neuro/Stroke Unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual and bedside nursing care
- Monitor patients
- Communicate care information
- Support patient education and discharge planning
- Medication reconciliation
- Completing checklists
- Documenting interactions in EPIC
Qualifications
- An associate degree or higher in nursing
- Valid Illinois RN licensure
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS stroke scale certification within six months
- Experience in acute care preferred
- Bachelor’s degree highly valued
