Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiology

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; advocating for patients and ensuring satisfaction; coordinating care to optimize outcomes; documenting care and patient information accurately; participating in performance improvement initiatives; mentoring and supporting professional growth of colleagues; and adhering to safety, confidentiality, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred). Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Additional Duties: Support organizational goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and participate in shared governance activities. Must comply with policies and uphold the standards of the healthcare system.
