Responsibilities

• Manage and provide nursing care to a group of patients and their families
• Utilize independent judgment, communicate effectively, and collaborate with team members and support services
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
• Delegate, assess, and evaluate patient care activities
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
• Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing program; BSN preferred
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan
• American Heart Association BLS certification
