About the Role

Responsible for delivering quality patient care as a Registered Nurse within a hospital setting, managing a group of patients, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The role involves leadership, teaching, supervision, and applying independent judgment to ensure patient safety and care quality.

The facility offers specialized services including trauma care, burn treatment, stroke management, and geriatric programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and support staff.
• Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care activities.
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.
• Report to senior management and participate in shared decision-making.

Requirements

• Graduation from a school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.

Schedule

Full-time, evening shift.
