About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) with a background in acute and/or ambulatory care to become part of a highly collaborative, close-knit team. In this unique role, you will build lasting relationships with patients and families while playing a vital role in triage, patient education, and comprehensive and complex care coordination. Your clinical expertise and insights will be valued and actively contribute to the care model.
Responsibilities
- Provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Experience: One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).

- Must be in good standing and meet RN I requirements to advance from RN I level.
