Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health Services

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver patient-centered care.
• Manage and delegate nursing responsibilities within scope of practice.
• Implement treatment plans, including psychotherapy and medication management.
• Participate in ongoing assessments to achieve patient outcomes.
• Serve as a leader within the care team, ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license in New York.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred with a pathway to complete within 5 years.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare reporting standards and emergency response.
