Summary

The Registered Nurse - Recovery - Behavioral Health role works with individuals, families, groups, and communities assessing mental health needs, developing a comprehensive plan of care, assisting in the implementation of the treatment plan, and evaluating the response to care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
  • Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • One year of psychiatric nursing required.

Qualifications

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Bonus Program

This is a RN 2 vacancy open to RN candidates with greater than 1 year of experience For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 for all eligible Registered Nurses with 1-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!

Current Status

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Location

The newly created Ambulatory Psych nurse will support the Brunswick, Maine clinic in order to provide crisis triage, referral triage, medication administration and AAWM.

Benefits

Any offer of employment will depend on qualificationssuch asskills, relevant experience, education, certifications,and otherjob-relatedfactors. Thebase rangeis an estimate and does notreflect the full valueofourtotal compensationpackage. The pay range for this position is $37.09to $50.17 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
