Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with healthcare team members.Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and support staff.Delegate, assess, and evaluate patient care activities.Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.American Heart Association BLS certification required.Strong leadership, partnership, teaching, and supervision abilities.
