Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health, responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing clinical interventions on a shift basis. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care, coordinate patient care within medical regimes, supervise staff delegation, and support hospital leadership to ensure care standards. The RN must perform emergency response duties, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain competency in infection control and risk management. Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, hold current licensure and CPR certification. Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing. Additional Expectations: Ability to support quality improvement initiatives, follow hospital emergency procedures, and fulfill related duties as needed.
