Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

About the role

This opportunity is either full-time (32 hrs/week) or part-time (24 hrs/week). Options to work day (7 am – 3:30 pm), evening (3 pm – 11:30 pm), or overnight (11 pm – 7:30 am) shifts. Overtime and shift coverage are available. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities and adolescents with general psychiatric issues.
• Care for patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders on applicable units.
• Participate in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders.

Requirements

• Current license to practice nursing in Massachusetts (or eligible to receive or renew).
• BSN preferred.
• 2 years prior hospital nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year prior behavioral health nursing experience preferred.
