About the Role
Full-time night position on a 12-bed Behavioral Health Unit for patients aged 55+. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, clinical treatments, and patient monitoring
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Document care accurately and communicate patient status to the care team
- Support patient and family education
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Maintain ongoing education requirements
- Flexibility to work other shifts or units and perform on-call duties as required
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Tennessee or multi-state compact license
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
- BLS certification
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in geriatric or behavioral health nursing
- Handle with Care training is a plus
