About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in various settings including Woodside Lutheran Home, Woodside Manor, Woodside Villa, Woodside Oaks, and Woodside Haven. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, conducting health assessments, and maintaining resident records.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and according to schedule
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Conduct routine health assessments and document findings
• Maintain cleanliness and order in living areas
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
