About the role
Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Fairview is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who believes in making a difference. The role involves providing compassionate, skilled care to residents, building relationships, and guiding the nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ conditions and document observations
- Support staff and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Communicate with residents, families, and the wider care team
- Guide nursing staff to foster a supportive and safe environment
- Respond to questions and concerns with calm confidence
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan Board of Nursing
- Successful completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience in home health, medical, surgical, or critical care (preferred)

Pay and Schedule
- Pay rate: $35.90–$38.40 per hour, based on licensure
- Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour
- Employment types: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem
- Shifts: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts
- Weekends: Every other weekend rotation for Full-time and Part-time, required
