About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and management.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Experience with agile development processes.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management.
