Registered Nurse RN

About the role

We are seeking talented Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team at The Gardens at Aldersgate. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our residents while working flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the clinical care and quality of life of our residents.
• Evaluate residents' physical and emotional status daily.
• Administer medications as per physician's orders.
• Ensure proper administration of prescribed treatments by nursing personnel/assistants.
• Implement recommended changes as directed by supervisors.
• Provide various nursing services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suctioning, dressing changes, and specimen collection.
• Complete required record-keeping forms and charts upon admission, discharge, or transfer.
• Prepare and give nursing reports at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Investigate and report complaints and grievances to supervisors.
• Present professionally to residents and their families.
• Adhere to facility policies and standards.

Requirements

• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• A caring and loving personality.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• The ability to work your scheduled shift.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English.

Pay

Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications. Shift differentials and bonuses are also available.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options available, including full-time, part-time, and various shift lengths (8-hour or 12-hour shifts).
