Responsibilities Include Providing quality nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments and adjusting care plans accordingly.Supervising C N As and LPNs daily to ensure excellent patient care.Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures.Communicating effectively within a multidisciplinary team and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications And Skills Diploma or degree in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s).Current, active RN licensure in applicable state.Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience.Current CPR certification or obtained during orientation.Ability to use good judgment, reasoning skills, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
