Responsibilities

• Assess resident’s needs and develop an individualized care plan.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting.
• Ensure supervision aligns with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.

Education/Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
