About the Role
As an RN at Regency Hermiston, you are essential to quality resident care. You will join a long-term clinical team dedicated to compassionate care, resident focus, and community leadership.
Responsibilities
- Administer and assist with medication as needed
- Provide nursing services and support resident well-being
- Train and supervise staff
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, medication assistance or administration, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
- Ensure care aligns with resident treatment and service plans
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
