Registered Nurse (RN)
About the role
We are Regency Olympia Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a skilled nursing community that offers skilled nursing and long-term care services while focusing on the unique qualities of each individual in a compassionate and caring environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
Requirements
You Currently Possess a current RN license in good standing. New grads are encouraged to apply!
