Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise certified nursing assistants in a healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities Include Leading daily activities of nursing staff in compliance with regulations and policies.Promoting holistic resident care based on the nursing model.Ensuring policy adherence and participating in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.Assessing resident condition changes, notifying physicians and families, and documenting findings.Transcribing physician orders, administering medications, and performing wound care and other direct care procedures.Scheduling follow-ups and coordinating transportation needs.Providing leadership to nursing personnel and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Monitoring resident needs during rounds, maintaining supplies, and updating care plans.Participating in compliance, quality assurance, and infection control activities.Reporting incidents, safeguarding against abuse, and performing other assigned duties. Qualifications Include Current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state.At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.Compassionate approach to resident care. Additional details: Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with weekend differential pay and a sign-on bonus. The role offers a competitive hourly rate.
