Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluation and revise care plans accordingly
• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and LPNs
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team
• Implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service and positive patient interactions

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Preferably, one year of skilled nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
