About the role
The RN manages and supervises resident care in alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Residents’ Bill of Rights, and the facility’s QAPI program, ensuring each resident receives the highest quality of person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive health assessments
- Develops individualized care plans
- Oversight of nursing interventions
- Evaluates outcomes of nursing interventions
- Provides direct and specialized nursing services including IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education
- Maintains strict adherence to scope-of-practice guidelines, safety protocols, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Accurate documentation
- Maintains a safe environment
- Supervises and supports nursing staff
- Ensures adequate staffing
- Manages incidents
- Participates in emergency and disaster procedures
Requirements
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities

Pay
- Full time: $7,500 sign on bonus
- Part time: $3,500 sign on bonus
- Shift Differential: PM $2.00, NOC $3.00
