Registered Nurse (RN)

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Role: Provide high-quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Responsible for assessing patient needs, updating care plans, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs daily. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license in the applicable state, CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation), and preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, judgment, and teamwork skills.
