Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans accordingly
- Supervise daily activities of CNAs and LPNs, ensuring effective clinical support
- Implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills
