Bella Terra La Grange is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in La Grange, Illinois, approximately 15 miles southwest of Chicago. We have earned the Gold Seal of Approval® Certification for Post-Acute Care and Accreditation for Nursing Care from The Joint Commission. Our multilingual team speaks Spanish, Polish, Arabic, and Tagalog, and we offer valet parking for visitors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
• Conduct resident assessments
• Serve as a team leader
• Advocate for your residents
• Ensure residents are comfortable and safe

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate

Pay & Schedule

• Salary range: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
• Day shift, PM shift, and night shifts available
