Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Interim HealthCare is seeking an exceptional RN to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a medically complex pediatric client in her home. This is a unique opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with a child and her family while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive and rewarding setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan
• Maintain seizure monitoring and response
• Manage G-tube feedings and related care
• Assess and document patient status and changes in condition
• Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary care team
• Support the client's comfort, safety, and quality of life

Requirements

• Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the past five years preferred
• Home care or pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required (renewal classes provided by Interim HealthCare)
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care
