Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

The registered nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of residents' total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, and ensuring the provision of person-centered care. Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor resident health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document all nursing care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Ensure person-centered care is provided to all residents.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations in all nursing practices.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Schedule

• AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• NOC Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Shift differentials are provided for PM and NOC shifts. Overtime pay is available after 8 hours worked in a shift.

Pay

$39.00 - $44.75 per hour, based on experience. Sign-on bonus available.
