Registered Nurse – RN

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient recovery and minimize re-hospitalizations.
• Supervise and delegate care to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in accordance with state practice acts.
• Collaborate with attending physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to manage care plans and ensure safe discharge planning.
• Assist with the orientation, training, and clinical mentorship of newly hired nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC) EHR software.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards, infection control protocols, and facility safety guidelines.
• Champion teamwork, share knowledge to mentor peers, and strive for professional growth and clinical improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate Degree in Nursing - ADN, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing - BSN).
• Active, current, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing is preferred, but strong clinical foundational skills are welcome.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for clear clinical documentation and patient safety.
• Must fulfill required health screenings, including Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) verification as mandated by state guidelines.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $46.50 - USD $51.00 per hour.
