About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with a deep, altruistic drive to deliver compassionate care and make a meaningful impact on patients and their families. This full-time position offers shifts of 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm, with the posted salary range including evening shift differential and pay in lieu of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, administer medications/treatments, and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient recovery and minimize re-hospitalizations.
- Supervise and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs in accordance with state practice acts, fostering a supportive and safe clinical environment.
- Collaborate with attending physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to manage care plans and ensure safe discharge planning.
- Assist with the orientation, training, and clinical mentorship of newly hired nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation utilizing PointClickCare (PCC) EHR software.
- Adhere to HIPAA standards, infection control protocols, and facility safety guidelines to maintain high-quality care.
- Champion teamwork, perform at the highest level, and share knowledge to mentor peers and elevate the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate Degree in Nursing - ADN, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing - BSN).
- Active, current, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
- Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing is preferred, but strong clinical foundational skills are welcome.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for clear clinical documentation and patient safety.
- Must fulfill required health screenings, including Tuberculin Skin Test (TST) verification as mandated by state guidelines.

Pay
Posted salary range: USD $44.00 - USD $64.00 per hour, including evening shift differential and pay in lieu of benefits. Sign-on bonus: USD $5,000.00.
