Job Description
As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the operations of outpatient centers, ensuring that the mission of delivering superior care is achieved. This role requires strong management skills and prior direct patient care experience. You will manage a team of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) who support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time, starting at 4 AM for the first shift. Additionally, you will function as an onsite Patient Educator and Case Manager, working with various shifts and hours.
Success Profile
A successful candidate for this role must have strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients. They should also have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience, along with the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.
